Julio's place is very convenient and comfortable and in a peaceful location. We stayed there for 5 days and the home is not far from Dubai Downtown. Accommodation is clean and accessible from main tourist attractions.

The place matches the photos, clean and tidy. There was an issue and the host resolved it. The beds are comfortable and we will definitely be back again. The complex has an area where you can have a barbecue next to the pool really makes the atmosphere. Highly recommend

Our first stay outside of a hotel was amazing! Julio was incredibly friendly and attentive. He responded immediately when we needed him and organized the cleaning directly - everything was perfect afterwards. You can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. A great place to stay. Location was very good and parking was near the lift to the apartment. There were restaurants, cafes and grocery store nearby that made our stay very easy. Julio even left water bottles for us in the apartment. The only challenge was finding the right parking area at first and the door of the apartment was hard to open (sensitive keypad).
